Payment Information Update

To our Valued Clients,

We all are feeling the lingering effects of the pandemic and now inflation on our business operations, and TREYSTA is not immune to these market pressures. We have worked hard to avoid implementing a convenience fee for credit card use since 2020. Unfortunately, we can no longer absorb the entire cost of processing fees.  Effective November 1, 2022 a 3.5% processing fee will be added to client payments utilizing a credit card to pay monthly invoices. Please note this fee does not apply to Bank ACH payments in our payment portal. If you are currently paying with a credit card, we encourage you to elect ACH bank payments before November 1, 2022 to avoid the 3.5% credit card processing fee.

The TREYSTA Payment Portal is the perfect way to:

  • Review all currently open invoices
  • Review past invoices
  • Make full payments on invoices
  • Make partial payments on invoices
  • Schedule future invoice payments
  • Automate recurring invoices for payment

To access the portal the first time:

  2. Click on the ‘Request Access’ link on the above web page.
  3. Keep an eye on your inbox for a welcome email to our portal where you will be able to update your password.
