Our History

TREYSTA is a local business in operation since 1995 with two locations, York and an expanded location in Gettysburg.  In 2014, partners Henry Grossman and Steve Quinley joined two companies, ComputerWorks and Net-Aid.  They decided to make the creative move from being a break/fix operation to being an MSP, or Managed Service Provider.  This allows TREYSTA to constantly monitor our clients’ information and systems in an effort to increase efficiency, decrease or eliminate downtime, and to make the most cost effective use of a client’s dollars while keeping the client on the cutting edge of technology and safeguarding their information.  In the last 2 years, we have added over 60 businesses and organizations to our MSP list, and it is continuing to grow each month.

Our focus remains on helping small and medium-sized businesses and organizations accomplish 3 objectives:

1)   Ensure that our clients are using the best technology possible to achieve their business goals

2)   Reduce IT costs by providing PROACTIVE management of technology built on “best practice” standards

3)   Eliminate the “anxiety” normally associated with installing and maintaining technology

Our clients include firms that are mostly in the 10-100 PC range who recognize technology as a competitive advantage for their organization.  Our staff of 17 IT professionals follows a proven formula to deliver world class results to all of our clients.  From remote monitoring to help desk to technology consulting, we can deliver results that will allow your organization to concentrate on your area of expertise while we take care of everything “technology."
