Steve Quinley

Steve Quinley – President

Steve has been in the IT field since 1985. After graduating from Loyola College in Baltimore with a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, he started in sales for a computer store selling the original IBM PC! He was formerly the owner of Hanover Computer Center and was the owner of Net-Aid, one half of the TREYSTA equation. He has also worked for various other IT companies in the Central PA region for the last 25+ years. Steve has an MBA from Mt. St. Mary’s University and is now a partner in TREYSTA. He has extensive experience in helping organizations with their comprehensive IT needs and has helped create one of the area’s largest IT companies focused on managed technology services.

Certified in Microsoft and Symantec sales, Steve brings his wealth of computer knowledge and people skills to TREYSTA.  He is also a champion in the community, sitting on the leadership team of Susquehanna SCORE, coaching soccer and basketball, and volunteering both inside and outside of his church.

The father of two daughters, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and family when not in the office.  He is also a proud grandfather, and likes to golf, garden and play on his championship-winning volleyball team!

Recently named as one half of the Small Business Team of the Year 2016 by the Gettysburg-Adams Chamber of Commerce, Steve is always available for help and is a trusted resource for all of your IT needs!


Henry Grossman – Vice President/Chief Information Officer

With 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Henry brings a wide range of experience to the TREYSTA team. His IT career began with U-haul International in 1995 and includes additional experience from Pendergast Elementary School District, Phoenix AZ, and General Dynamics Robotics Systems in Westminster, MD. Henry first joined the ComputerWorks team in 2003. In 2010, Henry returned to become the owner and CEO of ComputerWorks.

Henry plays a critical role in the continued success of the business. While his specialties include Windows server administration, Henry has a vast knowledge of network infrastructure design. He also offers perceptive insight on how to best integrate technology into today’s business environment.

Active in every aspect of TREYSTA, Henry especially enjoys interacting with clients on a daily basis. He holds true to the TREYSTA mission statement and values each relationship he builds with his clients.  Henry and Steve share the honor of being name the Small Business Persons of the Year 2016 by the Gettysburg-Adams Chamber of Commerce.

When Henry is not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children, mountain biking and kayaking.

Brandy Felton – General Manager

Brandy is a familiar and friendly member of the TREYSTA team. She was the office manager for ComputerWorks for a total of nine years, with approximately 20 years experience in accounting and business management.  In 2005, Brandy earned her Associate's Degree in business management from HACC. As the current general manager of TREYSTA, Brandy plays a critical role in the daily function of the company.

Being an Adams County native, Brandy enjoys the scenic nature of the area.  She also enjoys football Sundays with her family.  Brandy admires the way members of the community reach out to support one another, and views this attitude as part of the success of local businesses like TREYSTA.


 

Brett Musselman – Technical Services Manager

Brett joined the Net-Aid team in March of 2007. He brought with him over 8 years computer experience, and continues to grow with TREYSTA. Brett graduated from Penn State with an Associate's Degree in information sciences & technology. Since joining Net-Aid, he has earned his certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist, CSSA, NET+, Symantec Technical Specialist, and SonicWall Security Administrator, just to name a few.

When not working, Brett and his wife, Emily, thoroughly enjoy the outdoors. He enjoys backpacking, hiking, mountain biking, and kayaking.  Brett says he is always ready for whatever is next, both inside and outside of his work!

Doug Miller – Sales Coordinator

Doug is another friendly, familiar member of the TREYSTA team. He joined the ComputerWorks staff in September 2001 as the sales manager.  While he is involved in other aspects of the business, Doug admits that part of the draw of his job is knowing that each day will bring new challenges.  He compiles quotes for every project TREYSTA embarks on, orders the hardware and software, receives the items and invoices from start to finish.  Doug does it all!

An Air Force veteran, Doug studied business administration.  He enjoys bowling, hunting and classic cars.  He even owns his own 1972 Chevelle, which he shows off regularly on the car show circuit.  When he is not preparing quotes for clients, Doug likes to spend time with his wife and daughter.

Richard Hussey – Project Team Lead

Rich joined Net-Aid in August 2013. He brings over 15 years of experience in small and medium networks. He is certified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Rich has administered both Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases as well as written small applications in .net and scripts in VBS and WMI.

When Richard is not working, he enjoys coaching wrestling and baseball. He also enjoys bowling, playing golf and being with his family.


Andrew Wampler – Client Technology Manager Lead

Andrew first joined the ComputerWorks staff as an intern in the summer of 2006. He spent 4 months working with Henry as his mentor. In March of 2008, Andrew returned to ComputerWorks to become a full-time IT consultant and a valuable member of the ComputerWorks team. With a Bachelor of Science in information sciences and technology from Penn State University, Andrew is well-qualified for his position and specializes in networking, servers and PC installation. Andrew’s expertise includes wireless network design and implementation.

This Penn State Alum is a current board member for the Adams County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association.  Andrew and his wife, Sara, even hold season tickets to their favorite school's football schedule.  When he is not working, Andrew can be found running, biking, traveling and visiting different brew fests.

Andrew enjoys the daily professional challenges of working in the IT environment, as well the comradery of the TREYSTA staff. He would like to see TREYSTA continue to grow and develop into a business with even “bigger and better” services than they already offer.

Megan Stermer - Service Coordinator

That delightful voice you hear on the other end of the phone when calling in for service is Megan!  This newlywed joined the TREYSTA team in November of 2014 and says that getting to know her clients is the best part of her job. 

Megan graduated from York College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in behavioral science in 2008.  She is also an alumni of Leadership Hanover, graduating in 2014. 

When she is not manning the service line at TREYSTA, Megan and her husband, Bradley, can be found attending local wine festivals, dirt track races and spending time with family and friends.


 

Susan Mazzoni – Office Manager – York

As the Office Manager for TREYSTA’s York location, Susan has a variety of duties which help ensure that the York office operates efficiently.  She values her relationship with her co-workers, and appreciates the trust the company puts in her.  Susan joined the team in January of 2009, when the York office was still referred to as Net-Aid.  She has a B.S. Degree from Georgetown College.  Though she enjoyed a brief teaching career, she learned early that she thrives in an office environment.  Most of her previous work experience has been with nonprofit organizations and small businesses.

Susan volunteers occasionally for Gift of Life, educating others about organ donation.  She can also frequently be found at a local assisted living facility, helping with chapel services.    Susan and her husband look for any opportunity they can to spend time with their four sons.  She is an avid reader, who enjoys walking, participating in church activities, playing air hockey, and spending time with family and friends.

Dan Siebert – Client Technology Manager and Project Team

Dan joined the ComputerWorks team in 2011. He comes to TREYSTA with experiences from BAE Systems and owning his own IT business. With a specialized Associate's Degree from YTI, Dan specializes in desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting and virus/malware removal.  Recently obtaining his certification, Dan is now a Google Apps Certified Administrator.

Dan enjoys working with the TREYSTA team and learning new skills daily. He strives to earn his Bachelor’s Degree and assume new responsibilities to advance within the company.


 

Eric Gallant – Client Technology Manager

Eric began working as part of the Net-Aid team in March of 2011. He is excited for all the changes that are happening and are going to happen as the TREYSTA team moves forward in its endeavors to relieve the IT anxiety from our clients.  Eric is an A+ and Network + certified Client Technology Manager, who is working on obtaining several other certifications. Eric graduated from Penn State University with an Associate’s Degree in information sciences and technology in May of 2012.

When not at work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family in both indoor and outdoor activities.  Some of his favorite activities are playing disc golf with his other TREYSTA team members, playing games outside with his daughters and playing board games with the whole family.

Chris Shane - Project Team

 

A wonderful addition from the Dataware acquisition, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and customer service to TREYSTA.  He thoroughly enjoys making each day a great experience for his clients and uses his expertise in malware/virus removal and workstation optimization to do just that.  Working towards quite a few certifications, Chris understands the value of staying current on his technology education.  Chris recently obtained his Microsoft Office 365 Identities and Requirements certification, a rigorous learning and testing experience.

Believe it or not, Chris received his Associate's Degree in baking and pastries from Baltimore International Culinary College.  He is also an avid gamer and music enthusiast.  Chris currently owns a vast DVD collection with over 250 titles.

Travis Saintcross - Project Team

 

Having graduated in February from YTI with a degree in specialized business, Travis came to TREYSTA as an intern working out of the Gettysburg office.  He has since become a full time member of the team!  Certified in Comptia A+, Travis says that he enjoys all the aspects of his job.  He was also named Student of the Term at YTI.  After recently studying and passing his DCAT exam, Travis became a Datto Advanced Certified Technician.

In his spare time, Travis likes to spend time with his family and friends, gaming and fishing.


 

Tyler Bollinger - Remote Engineer

After graduating from ITT Tech in Harrisburg last year with Highest Honors, Tyler came to work for TREYSTA.  With an expertise in customer service, networking/routing and troubleshooting, Tyler enjoys helping his clients remotely to solve their IT troubles.  He is a Sophos Certified Sales Consultant and Engineer.  Tyler also recently tested for and became a Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator. 

When Tyler is not answering calls in Gettysburg, he likes to go fishing and kayaking.  He also enjoys spending time with his family, working out and working on cars.

Szymon Cymbalski -  Centralized Services

One of our newest additions to the TREYSTA team is a Penn State grad by the name of Szymon.  He joins the team with a degree in computer engineering and is working on his certifications.  Szymon's expertise lies in Google apps, Linux, web/mobile software development and hardware diagnostics.  He prides himself on being able to solve client needs whenever they call in and enjoys his work.  Szymon recently obtained two certifications, hisCompTIA Net+ certification and Datto Advanced Certified Technician.

When Szymon is not at the office manning the help desk, he can be found listening to a wide variety of music or volunteering with his girlfriend at the St. Seraphim Center in Chambersburg.  He is also a fantasy baseball and football enthusiast who enjoys golfing, working out and going to concerts.
